FAQ: Kansas City Chauffeur
Where do I drop off and pick up at MCI?
Drop-off is upper level at departures curb. Pick-up is lower level at arrivals curb. Parking on curbs is prohibited. Traveler must be waiting outside before you pull curbside. Unattended vehicles may be ticketed and towed. Address: 1 Kansas City Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64153.
Will my price change after I book?
You get a written total before you book. Jordan will reply by email with availability and a total. Taxes, fees, and weekend rate are pending Jordan confirmation.
Can I bring a child seat?
NHTSA guidance: rear facing birth to 12 months, keep rear facing 1 to 3 years as long as possible, forward facing 4 to 7 years to top limit, booster 4 to 12 years until seat belt fits, back seat through age 12. Jordan must confirm seat types and any cost before listing seats.
Can a service animal ride with me?
Yes in most cases. Booking asks: Will a service animal ride with you, yes or no. We do not ask for papers or medical details.
What if I need mobility help?
Tell us what help makes this ride easier for you. Do not advertise a wheelchair accessible vehicle unless verified. Step height and trunk space are pending confirmation.
